Proceed with firmware update via Sherpa.Hold both buttons on the mic and plug it back in, this will reset the device.Install older version of Sherpa from - BlueSherpa-20210422.exe.Uninstall GHUB (make sure the computer doesn't have any trace of GHUB if possible).Sherpa was able to fully update firmware without GHUB and the device is not bricked anymore.įor other known issues, highly recommend this video and the steps below: I was able to fix this by uninstalling GHUB, which is known for being a shitty software.
